The evening opened with Andrzej Paczuski, who reflected on the firm’s beginnings:

“When I founded this firm 20 years ago, I didn’t have any grand vision (...). What I did have was confidence in myself and the belief that I could build a professional environment on my own terms,” said the founder and partner of Paczuski Taudul.

He described the decision to establish the firm as one of the best decisions of his life. He emphasized that its success was built on people: the partners, employees and colleagues with whom he had shared a passion for tax advisory over the years. Around 500 people have worked at Paczuski Taudul over the past two decades, many of whom began their careers here. Today, our team comprises more than 70 specialists across offices in Warsaw, Katowice, Lublin and Wrocław.

Andrzej Paczuski also addressed our clients, of whom we now have more than 500, both in Poland and abroad:

“Thanks to you, we have been involved in many exciting projects and had countless conversations that went far beyond tax or business matters. You and your creative business ideas inspire us to discover tax regulations ‘anew’ every day. You also give us an inside look at how businesses really work, making our work more interesting and constantly broadening our horizons.”

The musical highlight of the evening was a concert by Kuba Badach, who performed songs by Andrzej Zaucha.
