Paczuski Taudul as Platinum Partner of the 27th National Tax Law Conference

The 27th National Tax Law Conference, organised by ELSA Poland, will take place from 20 to 22 October. We are proud to support the event as its Platinum Partner, and our experts will actively contribute to the programme, sharing their knowledge and practical experience in the field of tax law.

For years, the conference has brought together leading tax law experts, academics, practitioners and students interested in the rapidly evolving regulations and challenges facing today’s tax system.

This year’s edition, held under the theme “A Tax Compass for Change”, will focus on four key areas:

  • Income and wealth taxation
  • VAT, excise duties and customs in domestic and international trade
  • Specialised sectors and new business models
  • Power imbalances and the personal liability of management boards for tax matters in the age of the digital tax authority

The main conference will take place on 20 October at Kozminski University in Warsaw. The programme will also include a series of workshops addressing current tax issues and the practical aspects of working in the industry.

Experts from Paczuski Taudul will also contribute to the event. On 20 October, Andrzej Paczuski, Partner at our firm, will speak during the main conference session, presenting upcoming changes concerning family foundations. On 21 October, Karolina Madurska, Senior Consultant at Paczuski Taudul, will lead an online workshop entitled “How to Plan a Career in Tax Advisory? Practical Insights from the First Years on the Job.” The session will offer an opportunity to learn more about the nature of tax advisory work, as well as the challenges and opportunities involved in starting a career in this field.

Participation in the conference is free of charge.
